Every computer needs a bit of care and attention. We'll make sure everything's running smoothly and give your machine the digital equivalent of a day at the spa.

Why do I need it?

  • When your computer is getting really sluggish.
  • It's easy. We can do it over the phone with Remote Control, if you like.
  • You don’t have to wait for a home visit .

What we do

  • Perform a thorough diagnosis ranging from Window & Security to Style & Appearance.
  • Run over 90 automated checks on your computer settings and optimise them for improved performance.
  • Clear unwanted files and other digital junk that gets built up – which can really slow your computer down, with your permission of course.
  • Show you our healthcheck results – before and after.
  • Run through a number of manual optimisations around programs and processes.
  • Before we get going, we set a restore point so we can go back if we choose to. At the end of the session we will leave you a log file as a record of changes made.

What we don't do

  • Perform hardware or BIOS level changes to artificially improve speed.
  • Clean up Apple Mac computer or Linux systems.
